Weddings at Hillcrest offers several options to meet the needs of your wedding and wedding reception. So whether you just need a beautiful setting to renew your vows for a couple of hours or have 200+ invities and you're ready for a full day of celebration - we've got you covered.


I DO

wedding package phoenixOur quaint Gazebo nestled on a lush green lawn and surrounded by beautiful landscape is the perfect place to hold a wedding ceremony or renewal of your vows.  The Gazebo can be acquired in 2 hour blocks from sunrise to sunset and includes:

  1. Chairs
  2. Unity candle table
  3. Guest book table
  4. Vintage style wooden entrance arch
  5. White chained walkway
  6. Electrical outlet for electronic equipment
  7. Rehearsal

PARTY PAVILION

wedding-receptionOur spacious Pavilion banquet room is perfect for any occasion.  Full windows offer a breathtaking view of the golf course.  A private patio area surrounds the building.  Host a wedding reception, anniversary party, holiday party, retirement party, Quinceanera, or any celebration at an hourly or flat rate.  The Pavilion can be acquired in 5 hour blocks from sunrise until midnight and includes:

  1. Seating for up to 225 guests
  2. Tables and chairs
  3. Linens and skirting
  4. Centerpieces
  5. Wireless microphone
  6. Overhead sound system with CD player
  7. Projection screen
  8. Cake table, DJ table, Bride table, Gift table and Banquet table
  9. Complimentary champagne and/or cider toast
  10. In house or outside catering options available
  11. Full bar with several package options and no minimum charges (bartender fees apply)
  12. Set up and cleaning
  13. Event coordinator on property during the function
  14. No minimum guest count required

(Decorating can be done prior to the event at no additional charge) 


I WANT IT ALL!

Combine the I DO and PARTY PAVILION package and receive everything indicated for these individual packages.  The time allocated for the combined use of the Gazebo and Pavilion is 5 hours from the time the ceremony begins.  No additional charges apply for decorating prior to the event.  The Pavilion has an oversized ladies room that can be used by the bride and her attendants to dress, prepare and relax prior to the ceremony.


MAKE A DAY OF IT

Make your holiday party, corporate seminar, bachelor party, bachelorette party, anniversary party or birthday party something everyone will remember.  Start in the morning or afternoon with a 9 or 18 hole round of golf for everyone followed by lunch or dinner in the Pavilion Room.

The Pavilion room is private and ideal for business meetings, sales seminars or any other corporate function.  The room can be rented by the hour and includes:

  1. Seating for up to 225 guests
  2. Banquet or classroom style
  3. Tables and chairs
  4. Linens and skirting

  6. Overhead sound system with CD player
  7. Projection screen
  8. Registration table
  9. In house or outside catering options available
